Jeff Guenther, LPC, known on social media as TherapyJeff, is a licensed professional counselor. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Southern California in marriage and family therapy, and a bachelor’s degree in child and family development from San Diego State University. His private practice focuses on both couples and individuals.

Alongside his clinical work, Jeff creates content for TikTok, Instagram, and Passes, where he shares relationship advice with over 2.8M followers and helps people maximize their mental health.

Throughout his career, he has also worked at a crisis line, helping people suffering from suicidal thoughts and severe anxiety, and in the public school system, providing therapy to high-risk students.

Jeff lives in Portland, O.R., which he’s called home since 2005.
