Biography
Dr. Krista Jordan is a board-certified psychologist who treats relationship problems, depression, anxiety, stress, chronic feelings of shame or inadequacy, repeating unhealthy patterns, and/or feeling “stuck in a rut.”
She is also a faculty at the PACT Institute for couples therapy and conducts research in the area of couples therapy.
Dr. Jordan has a collaborative approach to therapy and sees it as a partnership in which she can educate, support, encourage, and guide clients to improve their lives. Her work is informed by attachment theory research and psychodynamic approaches. Dr. Jordan believes that happiness and genuine connection are possible for all people regardless of their histories and previous patterns.
In addition to her passion for psychotherapy, Dr. Jordan is the proud co-parent of two wonderful young adults and has been married to her professional musician husband for 24 years.
